Head Mechanic
At Auto Rehab we are always looking for people to join our team, and we realize they could come around at anytime. Our shop is busy all year long and we will always have an opening for the right person.
Qualifications
- Strong in Diagnosis on a variety of vehicles
- Must be a team player. Our techs don't compete, they help one another and see each other more as family than co-workers.
- Teachability, Humility, Integrity and Honesty are what we look for in a potential employee. We believe we can teach our skills to anyone, however these personality traits are not something that can be taught. We will take a person that embodies character long before we care about talent.
- Must be ok with flat rate pay.
